Yes. We build AI tools and expect you to use them to sharpen your thinking and your work. In live technical rounds, we will tell you clearly when we want to see your own unaided problem-solving. What we assess is your judgment, your transparency, and your ability to explain the work.

We hire a small number of interns and early-career engineers when a team has the capacity to mentor well. Openings appear in the roles list when they are available. If none are listed, get in touch and we will keep you posted.
